She becomes an activist for women empowerment and women's rights. She fights gender -based violence. She reveals in her blogs and coming book, "Cry My Beloved Country", that since she was a child, she has been clandestinely supporting her father in his battles for freedom from invaders - Vietnam, USA and Khmer Rouge. As an adult she continues her struggle as a Freedom Fighter - for democracy in Cambodia.

How ironic, for a star child to be reborn as a Woman General fighting and crying for her beloved country. Will there be a new awakening under the General's command?

In a coming book she exposes America as the "Gods of Genocide" - responsible for the deaths of some 4.9 million Cambodians nearly 60% of the total population!. She exposes genocide deniers, and two distorted movies, the "The Killing Fields" nothing about killing, just a gay love story, and "Enemies of the People" - saying Cambodians must forgive and forget that the Khmer Rouge killed over 3 million people! Should Jews forget and forgive Hitler?
